Vendor needs to provide comprehensive court reporting and transcription support services for public and non-public meetings, hearings, depositions, trials and arbitrations, conferences and workshops, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) statements, and other proceedings held within the District of Columbia, 50 states, United States territories, and internationally.
1) Include with each live-reporting order:
- One electronic copy of the transcript transmitted through an approved format (i.e., encrypted files sent via email, secure web-based portal, jump drive, or CD).
- One condensed transcript (mini transcript). If requested, physical transcript (up to three total).
o One transcript marked original, and two transcripts marked copy.
2) Include with each transcription service order:
- One electronic copy of the transcript transmitted through an approved format (i.e.,
encrypted files sent via email, secure web-based portal, jump drive, or CD) sent
through an approved, secure electronic transfer method.
- If requested, physical transcript (up to two total)
o One transcript marked original, and one transcript marked copy.

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be ONsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
