[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services for teledictation and medical transcription services, with electronic and internet-based transmission of completed work to the disability determination services.
• A high degree of successful medical transcription expertise with similar high volume contracts;
• Possess a current state of the art digital dictation system;
• Toll-free telephone access for dictators;
• The ability to consistently complete reports within 48 hours from receipt of dictation:
• The ability to produce reports in various formats as follows,
- Medical and mental consultative examinations,
- Telephone contacts with physicians,
- Medical summaries,
- Telephone contacts with non-physicians,
- Other narrative reports,
- narrative reports,
- hearing decisions,
- rationales, in house dictation.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 27,2022.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2022.
