[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide medical scribe services.
- The overall program currently averages approximately 3500 scribe hours a month across 50+ Providers and multiple sites.
- Increase the volume of patients seen on a daily basis.
- Increase patient experience by allowing the provider to concentrate on the needs of the patient rather than split the attention with documentation.
- Increase revenue by seeing additional patients and having a complete patient record that properly illustrates the acuity of a patient.
- Increased provider satisfaction by reducing the amount of time required after clinic hours to complete documentation.
- Scribes may provide assistance with any or all of the clerical activities inherent to a provider’s workflow in completing documentation of a patient encounter.
- Transcribing for the provider.
- The scribe transcribes any consultations or discussions with family and/or other providers pertinent to the patient encounter.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2022.
