[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide closed captioning, related services and equipment systems
- Provide full scale, real-time verbatim captioning of live, streamed content and pre-recorded content as well as provision of captioning encoding equipment, cloud operation caption service, caption automation services for all types of events listed above including language translation for captioning
- Types of work under this contract for Caption Agency Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Captioning only (transcript provided) – English, Spanish,
- Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART), both in person and remote
- Live Captioning (with ability to add live caption file to video after the fact)
- Audio Description
- Translation Captioning
- System is capable of delivering over 95% accuracy in English, Spanish, and French for many common media types - optimal for improving compliance and accessibility on currently uncovered material. Users can expect a reduction in word errors, improved punctuation and high-ranking response to fast speech and background noise.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
