- Provide digital hearing audio files in .wav or MP3 format
- Provide an electronic copy of the certified transcript
- Provide the contractor with electronic copies of templates (forms) used for transcript preparation
- Transcribed can be unemployment insurance, disability insurance, tax, and ruling cases.
- Transcripts shall be produced in a ".doc format" using an electronic copy of templates
- Ensure transcripts receive a final proofread with audio
- Formatting errors
- Incorrect identity of person testifying
- Incorrect Identification of page where witnesses begin testimony
- Incorrect identification of exhibits
- Incorrect page number where exhibits are identified and received
- Incorrect text, including typographical errors
- Missing text
- There is an audibility problem or malfunction of the digital recording.
