[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcript services.
-Transcriptions must be provided in Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft Word document formatted to print in black ink, and single sided, on 8 ½” x 11" sheet of paper
- Alignment: Alignment must be justified
- Each speaker must be capitalized and followed by a colon
- Each speaker’s testimony must be transcribed single-spaced
- Each transcript must contain a signature page and be notarized
- Each transcript must have the following paragraph on the signature page, before the signature block
- All transcriptions must be reviewed, proofread, spell-checked, and correctly formatted prior to uploading to the website
- transcriptionists must apply correct American English spelling and punctuation but shall transcribe grammar verbatim
- Requires legal transcription services when cases reach the agency’s appellate panel on appeal; however, the contractor is also responsible for transcribing and proofreading recordings
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 12, 2022.
