(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services to include the transcription of any type of legal proceeding from the spoken word including audio files into written text documents and from various forms of video and audio recordings.
- Legal proceedings may include but are not limited to witness interviews, client interviews, depositions, sworn statements, testimonies, telephone conversations, police vehicle and body camera recordings and other security video, and verbatim transcription.
- Provide transcripts within the timeframe required.
- 99% accuracy of the transcribed document to the original audio file.
- Assure grammatical integrity.
- Submit transcribed material to the department electronically either as a Microsoft Word document or a pdf via secured transmission.
- Proficiency in legal terminology.
(2) A pre proposal conference will be held on July 11, 2022.
