- transcriptions will be from audio files of Appeal Tribunal Hearings, whether the Office of General Counsel or the Appellate Panel requests the transcription
- transcriptions from audio files of oral argument before the Appellate Panel.
- electronic transcription order placement, the uploading of digital audio files and the downloading of completed transcripts.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 15, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
