[*] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide transcription and court reporting services.
- Transcription service to provide verbatim accounts of events such as public hearings and certain committee meetings
- Provide microphones (tabletop and floor types) and speakers (for the audience) as required for each in-person event
- Prior to the commencement of each in-person event the transcriber or reporter shall identify all exposed wires, cords, and cables attached to recording equipment and shall utilize fluorescent yellow heavy-duty tape or other acceptable means to cover and secure said wires or cords or cables to the ground to prevent tripping hazards.
- During digital audio recording of proceedings, transcriber or reporter shall simultaneously record the proceedings by typing on a Professional Steno Writer
- Provide a Professional Steno Writer
- Contractor shall create digital or electronic audio files of verbatim spoken words. Contractor shall then convert the same digital or electronic audio files into verbatim typewritten transcriptions, and into digital audio files
- Provide time stamped typewritten transcripts
- Capture the full name of all speakers to include in the official transcripts
- A title page, numbered pages, every line of each page numbered, a contents page, a list of attendees, and an alphabetical index
- Digital audio recording from the event, in MP3 file format, on the storage device with the typewritten documents.
