(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement transcription and translation services of recordings for phone calls, interviews, and interrogations of multiple speakers.
- The vendor shall have the capability to transcribe multiple file formats including audio and video into Microsoft Word files.
- To provide foreign language transcription and translation services to include, but not limited to Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese, and Somali.
(2) Contract term will be one year.
