[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide audiovisual transcription services.
• Ability to receive digital files from HPL via upload to a secure system provided by vendor
• Ability to provide transcription service for approximately 5,500 minutes of audiovisual material at no more than $2.25 per minute
• Ability to provide transcriptions in VTT and PDF formats
• Ability to complete project from receipt of files from HPL to return of transcripts to HPL within one (1) month
• Proven ability to meet customer needs
• Ability to provide customer support to troubleshoot issues with the service
(2) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
