(1) Vendor needs to provide real-time captioning service from speech to text service.
- Captioning service are requested for face to face event, arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure everything is set up and ready prior to the beginning of the event
- Ensure all transcripts and any written documents are submitted within 72 hours and prior to billing for service.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 17, 2022.
