[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide real-time closed captioning for live broadcast of regularly scheduled public meetings, occasional press conferences, and similar events.
- The captions provided by the contractor must conform to FCC regulations, i.e., they must be accurate, complete, and synchronous.
• Requires captioning to meet the following standards, at a minimum:
- 98% word-to-word accuracy.
- Continuous service without disruption, complete from start to finish.
- Captioning must be done certified Realtime captioners (CRC). No voice writing. Names and certifications should be available for inspection by the City of Columbia.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 22, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
