[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide recording and transcription services for stenographer, or court reporter who has at least three years’ experience recording and transcribing regulatory hearings.
- ability to receive recordings from a variety of media sources
- stenographer or court reporter, who shall prepare and sign a certificate stating that the transcript represents an accurate translation of the notes taken at each meeting
- record and transcribe hearings and shall provide verbatim transcripts, certified as to truth and accuracy, of the proceedings at the Planning Board public hearings and meetings
- record and transcribe hearings and shall provide verbatim transcripts, certified as to truth and accuracy, of the proceedings
- able to produce a certified, verbatim transcript upon receipt of an audio file of a previously recorded hearing.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 13, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
