[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide audio transcription product and service
- An audio transcription product and/or service for staff to record work products, such as but not limited to: dictated case notes; interviews in an office environment; interviews in a home environment; voice mails etc.
- provides services and staff work 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. The nature of the information to be transcribed is highly confidential and must be protected and secure
- The vendor must be able to provide an audio transcription product and/or service that:
- available 24 x 7 x 365
- protected and secure for personal identifying information and/or personal health information
- Transcribed product must have a 90% accuracy rate
- Transcribed product must be returned to the staff in a secure written format
- Transcribed product must be easily and quickly editable by staff if Needed
- Help desk service must be available.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 20, 2022.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
