[B] Scope of Service:

Vendor needs to provide transcriptionist and court reporter for public hearings services.
- The contractor shall provide in-person court reporting services for transcribing a 3-day public hearing.
- The Contractor shall provide court reporting services, on an as-needed basis for meeting the requirements as specified in the document. Notification of a requirement for court reporter services will be provided to the Contractor by a Government representative no later than three (3) business days prior to the event needing a court reporter.
- A separate transcript will be required for each day. The Contractor must provide the original transcript as well as a one in a searchable PDF format with word index, both non-condensed.
- Transcript: The Government will pay for the original transcript and one searchable PDF with word index in a non-condensed format for each day of the public hearing. Unit of measure is by hour of transcription recorded.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);

[D] Work Performance:

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
