[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription services.
- Transcribe all recorded city council and standing committee meetings agreed upon by the city and contractor
- Provide the city clerk’s office with a draft set of minutes that are word processed utilizing Microsoft word software within five calendar days from receipt of transcriptionist’s packet following each meeting, transcriptions will be submitted via electronic media (email) and attached as a Microsoft word file
- Contractor will be responsible for accessing recordings of meetings via the media center website and the backup documentation via city clerk’s website.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 19, 2022.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
