[B] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide legal transcription services.
- Transcribe electronically recorded court proceedings
- Review transcription materials provided by the Court which include 1) multi-track audio recorded using Liberty Digital Court Recorder, 2) multitrack audio recording in MP3 format 3) copy of court minutes as described, a form called Transcription Service Request,
- Shall refer to the minutes or call Court staff if unsure of any case details prior to transcribing. For instance, if multiple dates are requested for transcription, check the minutes for department number, attorneys appearing, and judge assigned as it may change throughout the case.    
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 11, 2022.
(3) A contract term will be for two years.
