Vendor needs to provide braille on demand services to transcribe documents into braille, emboss and bind documents.
- Transcribe literary braille and Spanish braille for a variety of document types, including menus, PowerPoint slides, notes, research articles, meeting agendas, tactile graphics, and Reference Guides produced by the NLS Reference Section.
- Transcription, embossing, and/or binding of approximately 25 Reference Guides per fiscal year. Reference Guides range from 2 pages to 110 print pages, Transcription, embossing, and/or binding of approximately 20 copies of meeting-related materials at various intervals throughout the year, Transcription, embossing and/or binding of software and/or hardware user manuals, Transcription, embossing, and/or binding of approximately 20% of NLS materials in Spanish, Transcription of approximately five menus throughout the year. Delivery of an average of 15 copies of menus embossed on braille paper, Approximately 5 tactile graphics per year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
